Building a performance and customer culture
It’s not often such exciting opportunities arise for ambitious Organisational Development practitioners - opportunities which place you at the heart of a significant change and transformation programme.
As a large organisation which provides a broad range of services within a locality, our client is looking to recruit two talented individuals to join their central OD team. Reporting to the new Head of OD, you will play a key role in assisting senior managers and staff in changing attitudes, systems and processes which will be reflected in improved service delivery, efficiency and customer experience.
Talent, Leadership and Performance:
This role will focus on creating people programmes and interventions which help the organisation become and remain high performing – such as an effective performance management system, talent management, annual training plan and leadership development programmes.
Culture and Engagement:
Your focus will be the development of formal and informal staff engagement programmes which will ensure our client is an employer of choice – and make them a truly great place to work. You will develop their annual strategy, build engagement processes and a team briefing culture, provide advice to managers as well as all internal communications messaging.
